When our decorator opened up the door so we can see what the room for our reception looked like prior to letting the guests in, we were just speechless.My wife immediately started crying. I will be getting married at the end of the year and I've been looking for a nice place for Centerpieces and my fiance and I stumbled upon Posh. After trying theo schedule a appointment we were told by Kim that she was going on vacation and we could schedule a appointment for nearly 2 weeks later when she returned and gave us a call. Unfortunately instead we receive a email saYing she could not find our number ( even though it was given to her several times ) and that our date had just been booked. After seeing the centerpieces we've been looking for , my fiance and I were obviously upset because we were planning on coming in after her vacation , the 6th when she was returning but didn't receivery the call she was back. Unprofessional at its best and I wouldnthink trust such a important day in her hands .
