I was in the market for a Rolex GMT Master II ref. 16710 (Pepsi) and Nick was very accommodating to show me the available piece at their storefront in Midtown NYC and walked me through the process of purchasing the watch the same day. The rest of the team was also very welcoming and helpful to whatever watch you wanted to see and look at in person, which is what I highly recommend before blind buying.
