Have bought gold, diamonds, and a rolex from Carlos over the past few years. He always finds the best quality and does everything with ease. Most recent purchase was the Rolex which have been scarce currently. The Rolex store near me told me the earliest I could get the watch I wanted is 3 months if I ordered it (and that wasn’t a guarantee either). Carlos was able to find it within a week and I had it in my possession few days later. Will def be going back!

My experience at Diamond Source was beyond amazing! Carlos was amazing!! Carlos knew that I was new at ring shopping and he explained everything from top to bottom without trying to push the sell on me which is not common in the Diamond District. I strongly recommend everyone to come and shop at Diamond Source, you won’t regret it, I guarantee!!

My experience with Diamond Source is beyond great!! Superlatives of superlatives!! From the very first phone call I made with Carlos, he made me feel very comfortable and he earned my trust right away. He made me feel special, like I have been a long time regular customer, but that was just my first encounter with him! He responded quickly to my messages and even called me almost everyday to update on his search for my watch. I was looking for a very specific Rolex watch and he must have sent me pictures of different watches almost everyday until we found that “gem” I was looking for!!! Service par excellence all the way from beginning to end. I will give Diamond Source ( specially to Carlos, not just because we have the same name but he did really gave me an excellent buying experience)the Oscar for the Best Watch Dealer for 2021 and maybe even for the years to come as I would now be one of their regular customers!!! Diamond Source deserves 10 Stars for the excellent service they gave me!! Thanks a million Carlos and I will see you soon!!!
