Terrible experience.. First went in with a $5 dollar coupon that said would be honored with any protein purchase over $40. The staff told me it was only valid for GNC products (did not state that on the coupon) and handed it back to me. Once she scanned the coupon it worked..
I tried paying with a $50 visa gift card.. The staff said they don't take visa gift cards (even though they take visa cards...). She called her manager and the manager confirmed they didn't take it. Said thank you, swiftly walked out and took my business to Vitamin Shoppe on Astor Pl & Broadway. V-Shoppe was attentive, had the same selection (if not better), and had better prices. Won't be going back to GNC.
