VFS Global Visa Application Centre

Had one of the worst experience ever with visa application for London. This center does not have any means of communication. They do not process the visa application as per their website guidelines. We had booked tickets for international travel for our family of 4. We only had 2 days left to travel and didnt had our passports back from them. Tried contacting but no luck. Took a risk to fly to New York for a walk in to request our passports back without visa. It was the best decision. Was able get atleast the passports back. It was very stressful and had to go through a nightmare .

I applied for UK visa it's almost 2 months now. I didn't get any response and I don't know when I can get my passport back.

I applied to the Canadian visitor visa with them. I first booked an appointment online and went to give my biometrics. Then, I got a letter from the IRCC to submit my passport, I followed their instructions, first I bought 2 way mail from Fedex on their website and mailed my passport with the request letter and 2 copies of the consent form signed on Tuesday night. VFS received my passport on Thursday and sent it right away to IRCC. On Friday, my visa was stamped and they mailed back my passport on the same day. I got it on the Tuesday. After reading the negative reviews online, I was very skeptical to send them my passport, but if you follow their instructions youll be fine
