Beatnic - Midtown East

NO customer service, ordered a lot of items for an office lunch and several items were missing. The contact number provided on google gives an instant robot message saying to email them. If you order and are missing an item no one will help you. I sent multiple messages to the email and the response was an automated message stating they will respond within 24-48 hours. Such a joke of a business , would not recommend ordering because of the risk if theres a mistake in the order.

It was my first time visiting Beatnic. I ordered the quinoa taco salad through Mealpal and it exceeded my expectations! Healthy, crispy, and yummy. I'll definitely come back to try out their other meals. Glad I stumbled upon Beatnic because I needed more salad options around my office.

Nice selection of vegan options. I usually get one of the salads. Comes loaded with veggies. Very delicious protein options. Every now and then I get one of the burgers to mix it up.

This establishment definitely gave me vibes from their competitors establishment, but that is OK! Apparently, they've had their brand change around so it's understandable. Their menu choices looked pretty interesting, but I specifically came in for their chiky chiky, which is their vegan version of chicken tenders and a cookie. Their chiky chiky left much to be desired but I really appreciated their cookie. I think it was something like a "kitchen sink" cookie or a "garbage" cookie. Unappealing name, but if you've ever had a desert with a similar name, you would understand. It's basically everything but the "kitchen sink." A chocolate chip cookie with pretzels, chips, and more. I had waited until I got home to eat their food but I definitely should've warmed it up! It was good. I recommend checking them out.
