        Rented a truck and the lift gate broke right off. I brought it back to the rental to get it fixed took them all day and then charged me a 2 day rental when I questioned him on it he told to go find another rental agency and hung up on me do not rent from Chelsea truck rental super big rip off

        Highly recommend. I have rented trucks from Chelsea Rental for years. They're always reliable and easy to work with. Usually you can just walk in, though I suggest calling ahead to make a reservation. They do truck repair by appointment too. Overall the best value in NYC.
