Tfi Tours International Ltd

In trying to resolve a missed flight for my daughter who fell sick. I have been getting the run around for two days with both British Airways and TFI Tours telling me that they are not responsible for changing the status in the system to permit Prestige Tours to reissue the ticket. TFI Tours has hanged up on me twice. It looks like they have blocked my cell phone line. I am surprised that British Airways will do business with such an organization. Be very, very careful buying any ticket from this agency. Customer service is at the lowest with this agency.

Buyer Beware! I trusted Mohammed at TFI to secure a round trip flight to Uzbekistan. He told me he had a problem securing a flight and gave no assurance he could get one. As a result I continued my search with alternate travel agents until one could secure the flight. Later I was told by Mohammed that my flight was secured but now it was too late and he did not ask if I still needed the flight. I will never buy from them again and if you are going to make absolutely certain of the flight they say they can get for you before giving them your credit information. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the NY State Attorney's office.
