Loved the service and my baby felt super comfortable in there. In fact, he didnt want to get out of the taxi. Highly recommend this service.

Responsive, reasonably priced and great service all around! Volt and I were very thankful for the stylish and safe ride! The photos at pick up and updates along the way were reassuring and helpful and payment easy as well. We'll be using Pet cab nyc again!

My husband and I use the Pet Cab NYC often to transport our Cav from NYC to CT or East Hampton. Everyone we have interacted with at Pet Cab has been very reliable and great with our dog. We highly recommend this service!

The ride was fine but I told the owner how much luggage I had and she showed up in a Fiat which is clearly not a full size car. My daughter and her dog rode with the owner to the requested location. It was $169.00 and I had to get another taxi which cost another $60. What was the most disappointing is when I requested a call to discuss - two times- I was ignored and still have yet to hear back. I learned that there are several dog friendly taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts in the city that are much cheaper which I highly recommend instead of this service. I feel taken advantage of with this ridiculously priced service and will never use again. I would have appreciated a phone call back to discuss a discount.
