Transfix

I had good and bad experiences as a carrier dealing with Transfix as a broker. Their rates are most of the time on the lower end and reps call a thousand times for updates which has been annoying. Nevertheless, they offer a ton of loads in our main area of operation and we use this broker quite frequently. the experience you get often depends on the rep you are dealing with and I would absolutely recommend others to give them a try.

Telling the carrier that you will send him the rate con shortly and wasting hit time, while you already booked it with someone else is not nice! Justin is very unprofessional broker!

We booked a load and when the driver arrived at the appointment time, the shipper was closed. They advised the driver to wait until the morning to get loaded. The following morning shipper advised that the load has an appointment in 2 days. Transfix agent ask us if we want to get TONU and Layover and remove the truck. We did, but we never got paid. After calling for 5 days and several emails, their excuse was that they can't get it approved. This company is a joke, the worst customer and carrier service. You need to beg for your money. DO NOT USE!

Load 889836 detention of 8+ hours wasn't paid. Best to add potential delays to the rate upfront, they will never pay it post delivery

Do not book loads with them . Total waste of time , got to pick up and load didnt exist . Probably wont collect tonu, overall I believe they are a scam broker . Dont use
