Great experience. Bus was nice and clean. Driver super professional. They worked with us when we had to change times and everything worked out perfectly. Even gave us a credit because one of the TVs wasn’t working.

HORRIBLE. Our marching band was set for SEVEN guaranteed charter busses to take high school marching band and colorguard to Grand Nationals in Indianapolis from Oklahoma. Less than 30 hour notice NO BUSSES or DRIVERS. Left scrambling, heartbroken and desperate for anyway to reach Indy. DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE BEWARE!!

DO NOT USE!!!! Research reviews elsewhere. All over the web, the true character of this organization is accurately reviewed. They are a classic bait and switch organization. They will quote you a low price, accept payment, orally tell you that everything is set, then on the eve of your charter, tell you that they cannot book your charter at the quoted price but offer to book it at a higher price. When asked to justify their breach of contract, they will cease communicating with you and refuse to acknowledge any injury. They do not care about customer service or satisfaction. They are the scum of the earth. This is what they did to us with our daughter’s wedding. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY PROMISES THAT THEY MAKE. Their word means nothing. Check out their report through the Better Business Bureau. It is accurate and telling!!
