image Be aware these people are a huge scam. They stand outside the Staten Island ferry and pretend to work for the ferry. These guys wear fake uniforms and like others say, bully you into buying their tickets. They are straight up liars as the guy who sold my daughter and I tickets mentioned that their tour go to Ellis island. They also charged our credit card 20 dollars more than they mentioned. They take you on a ten min walk away from the Staten Island ferry to wait in their old raggedy tour bus. My daughter and I ended up walking off the tour bus and doing what we originally planned because as mentioned. These people are liars and scammers. We went to the Staten Island ferry at 3pm. We got to their tour bus around 3:15pm and waited until 3:40pm on this nasty smelly bus. When I asked the bus driver "when will start driving to go onto the cruise ship the driver said that the cruise doesn't start until 5pm. When I asked about Elise island, he mentioned that it doesn't land their. I felt so bad for the other people on the bus, everyone besides my daughter and I were foreigners on vacation from different countries, some hardly spoke English.  These sales reps for the company not only scammed everyone, but took everyone vacation time away from them. We were told the cruise is 2 hours long, on top of us having to wait two hours on the bus. These people should be ashamed. These guys are super sketchy, nasty, human beings. They give New Yorkers a bad rep. My daughter and I had a wonderful vacation visiting Manhattan, taking the subway, walking the streets, even late at night. The only criminals we encountered were these salesmen in the middle of the day. Horrible people, charging more than mentioned, and wasting people's vacation time. After reviewing my receipt, it shows the time we got swindled into buying the tickets. The actual time their ferry leaves is show in small print, and the mentioning of their cruise not disembarking is all their. But who is going to read these small prints when you think you're dealing with a legit cruise ticket company. Obviously this is all there for legal reasons.

image In celebration of the ONLY BLACK OWNED tour boat companies in NYC! Big City Tourism is definitely a must go and see experience. We got to see many of the NYC landmarks Lady Liberty and the beautiful Empire State building and so much more! The best part was experiencing this with a host who is from NY and provided so much knowledge and history as we travelled on water! So much good energy and great vibes! Out of all the city tours I've been on, this one is by far, one of the best. Would definitely recommend this place for a tour of the Brooklyn Bridge and overall great city views.
