So I booked a flight in Oct 2019 but fog prevented flying .... I was given an email address to claim a refund which I did before leaving the offices on Pier 6... I checked in 2/3 times over next 2 months for update and then told .....Oh sorry you over 60 days we cant process your refund, our system does not allow it , claim it back from your bank..... Oct 2020 I still cannot get a refund and they advise me to make a claim against my bank in Ireland as its the Banks fault they say..... Even told me to ask my Bank to call them to explain charge back as being Irish they may not understand ...... $490 lost .... STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS.... ONE STAR TOO MANY
