we went here on Sat night. It's always busy, so we were not expecting a table without a wait time, but we got lucky! The noodle dish was way too salty, though. We shared the feedback when the manager asked us. The manager brought is a new dish for us, and it was still too salty. We insisted we did not want any new dishes. But they wanted to make it right. They said the chef needed some feedback, especially the one who cooked was new, so they wanted to make sure the input was heard. And the chef has a chance to make it right. Eventually, the owner, a chef, cooked, and it was perfect. I was thankful they tried to hear the feedback and wanted to make things right, to help us enjoy the food. :) I felt so appreciated that I wanted to have more food from them to show my appreciation!
