1. All of my dress shirts' cuff buttons were broken. Not even taken off, just cracked in half. All of them. How did they even do this?
2. They were late. I went to pick up my stuff at the pick-up time and they said it was going to be another day. What's the point of the pick-up time?
Don't use these cleaners. I know there aren't many options, but your clothes are better off dirty than coming here.
