Artsee

This business moved to Hudson NYExtremely nasty owner. Bought frames took them home and called the next morning to return. For some unknown reason he told me not to step foot in his store. His store was supposed to be open Thursday to Monday 12-5I bought glasses on Sunday late afternoon and started calling at 12 MondayHe finally responded after I called American Express. He told me credit only. I said I do not see this policy anywhere. He said mail them back as he doesn't want me in his store. Again I have zero idea why so nastyI drove straight to store. He said just leave them. I said not without a receiptHe finally gave receipt. Obviously he was having a bad day.. very unprofessional.

Awful customer service: I ordered a pair of expensive glasses there and they were lost in the mail. I attempted to stay in touch with the USPS and Artsee on a daily basis after the glasses were not delivered as expected. The 2 guys that work at Artsee did not communicate in regards to non-delivery of my glasses, and they do not answer the telephone. The guy that sold the glasses to me could not comprehend that the USPS tracking information had been unchanged for 5 days because he was off for 5 days, and the other guy did not communicate this to him. ... The USPS called me 5 days after the expected delivery date and told me that the glasses were lost after arriving at the Jersey City postal distribution center. Artsee, however still refused to acknowledge this and refused to issue a credit to my credit card. Fortunately I was able to successfully file a claim so that I would not have to pay for the glasses. ... I see that someone else complained about the service, and I heartedly agree with that assessment. The staff at Artsee does not seem to be invested in the business.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee was so incredibly rude on the phone.

Horrible pretentious staff. Completely unprofessional and talks as if theyre better than customers. Optometrist accused me of lying when I said my glasses were 3 months old and kept saying "our glasses aren't for everyone"
