        Pre-ordered the white truffles and they were splendid. One oz easily served four for a generous pasta dinner. The aroma was amazing, the taste even better. We are on the list for advance notice for next season!

        I ordered my first time from Urbani this week. I ordered 2 3oz white truffle butter and 2 3 ox black truffle butter. It arrived the next day in perfect condition. The shipping cost is a little high but I wanted to try their truffle butter to see if it was better than others I tried. It is better. Full flavor. I added it to mushroom risotto and a late breakfast omelet. Last night I made Tagliatelle with mushrooms, cream and white truffle butter. Each was nicely enhanced. I was so excited when I made the risotto that I forgot to take a picture.
