I mistakenly ordered a burger.I figured any burger that costs 20.00 had to be ok.WRONG!... OBVIOUSLY the burgers are pre formed,seasoned and put in the freezer before cooking..It tasted more like meatloaf than a burger and was as dense as a hockey puck

Never have I EVER been so disgusted with a dining establishment. Let’s start from the beginning today is my boyfriends birthday and I reserved a table for three. Myself my brother in law and I were headed there and my brother in law got there before us and this is when the problems started and when i heard his experience before we got there I should of taken it as a red flag and left but I assumed they were just being over attentive. When my brother in law got here he was seated at our table he was alone for about 15-20 minutes. ( I changed our reservation from 7:15pm to 8:00pm because we were running late this giving him time to peruse the menu before we got there) Not only was he NOT given a menu the staff repeatedly came to the table harassing him asking when we would be showing up even though he told them when he was being seated we were on the way. My brother in law confided in us how uncomfortable it made him when we finally got there and I brushed it off as I stated earlier In the review. The server that we had who’s name I can’t remember because she never told us for the sake of this review we’re gonna refer to her as Becky. Becky comes over gives us the menus and goes over all the items and pairings which was great until she starts telling us all the things they DIDNT have and it was half the menu. No lobster rolls, no bread for soup, no steak sauce ( which is weird since half the menu is literally steak) two out of three steak dinners they were out of. So my boyfriend and his brother order burgers while I ordered lobster. My brother in law and my boyfriend ordered medium well burgers. When the food finally came after a long wait. The person who brought food mixed up their burgers and TO TOP IT ALL OFF AFTER WAITING FOR THE FOOD FOR SO LONG MY BOYFRIEND BURGER WAS WRONG IT WAS MEDIUM RARE!!! his brothers was medium well as requested so why wasn’t my boyfriends they had the EXACT SAME ORDER! except one had no tomatoes and one had no bacon. I politely asked to speak to the manager after calling Becky over who was visibly upset and disgruntled by the fact that I asked for a manger to handle the problem with our food. Becky and the managers solution to my boyfriends food being terribly wrong ON HIS BIRTHDAY was to put the SAME medium rare burger BACK ON THE GRILL. ( this would mean wiping all the condiments off and rinsing the burger...ewwww) I told the manger this was not satisfactory to take the burger off the bill they suggested changing the original burger to a $10 more expensive burger. Which my boyfriend did not want and at this point he was upset and wanted to go he didn’t want anything because what he wanted THEY DIDNT HAVE. They gave him a subpar milkshake as compensation and a coupon. NOW here’s the part that really litt a fire under my already brewing pot of anger. When we paid the check I WAS NOT going to leave a tip on the check. My boyfriend works in food and beverage has been a manager at multiple restaurants and he knows servers depend on tips. 17% would of been a tip of $8.55 but because of her attitude I left $5 which in my opinion I felt was fare considering the experience we had. my boyfriend hands her the bill and we’re getting our coats on and she comes back and snaps very rudely “WOW IM SORRY YOUR EXPERIENCE WAS THAT BAD†SHE HAD THE MITIGATED GAUL AFTER RECEIVING A TIP WHICH IS A COURTESY TO BE UPSET THAT IT WASNT WHAT SHE WANTED. This restaurant is terrible I wouldn’t waste my time or money going back to this place it was the worst experience I’ve had. From the server to the manager to the cooks everyone was at fault. We weren’t compensated enough and we will not be returning.
