This is a great spot to grab smoothie after a workout or any day really. It's between a cycling and a yoga studio so it's nice to refuel after you workout. It's a health food store so it is filled with vitamins and other health remedies. It can be a little overwhelming to see all of the items if you don't know what you want. But, in my experience the staff is really helpful. They also have a variety of Patties filled with lentils, soybeans, etc... they are a healthier take on a traditional Jamaican patty.  Sometime the wait for the smoothie can be long. This is not the place to go to grab a quick anything. So make sure you have about 10-15 minutes to spare before you place your order.
