        Creates a product and then offers no phone support for the product. You pay $299.00 for the eca certificates for 3 years but you can't set them up. I tried to set this up on more than one computer and the company next door has the same issue. Support through email does not help and sends a guide that isn't updated and doesn't work. Great job Symantec!
