I have been a associate with Adobe for many years and remember their first adobe photo shop that my father still has and runs on an old Xp system I built him! This operation I watch grow into a monster that was blessed with incredible success. In the past when needed they helped me or we helped each other! I highly recommended them for all user needs! Being a good customer and friend I was surprised at the difficulty my mother and I experience just with purchasing a popular application? I was even more surprised at indirect correspondence as if pirating their product! Even more surprised that they did not want to assist me because did not go to them directly, even though my team had tried prior with them not available!? What upset me was Adobe thinking the reason why the down loading was slow due to my end? However, I was not surprised when they could not fulfill my request this one time! The Covid 19 has brought this company an overwhelming flood of business! My request is that Adobe remember their success is because of the customers! Do not take advantage of the standard customer by taking their money first and providing support later! Cash and support simultaneously is the best policy and I expect under normal conditions for the people I recommend to Adobe. In closing please remember Xmas is a lot of things except a pirate of software! Disqualification is lifted due to operating under the Covid 19 flag with some concern, but must overlook ! The flood of second level techs including Lavish was appreciated and their customer care good! Long waits and down loads extremely slow, but give adobe three stars and will do a announce visit in 6 months to see if better! Customers with little IT experience please wait for any of these types of purchases! Best Regards, Xmas
