        This company hates their customers. All problems are the customer's fault. They take no credit for any short-comings of their software. I do not expect it to be perfect but they will straight up lie in order to avoid solving your problem. There are definitely class-action lawsuits in their future.

        DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.. interface is poor, customer experience is poor, and policy & terms are shady - DO NOT PAY UP FRONT. They won't tell you this during the sales pitch but if you pay up front for the year there are absolutely NO REFUNDS... even if you are disappointed with the product. It's a SCAM at best. Stay away.
