I went on a Disney Orlando trip w/ Sprout back in October, 2018 & I must say, it was not pleasant! When we went to the Magic Kingdom, we got started late & I did NOT get to go on a single ride, because they did not give us enough time! All in all, the way the program is run, it is equivalent to a very restrictive group home. When I go away, I like to enjoy myself, not be oppressed! >:(

During a Sprout trip, one of the individuals in my residential program got into a brief physical altercation. The Director of Operations, Scott Randall calls me with no prior notice, demanding that I go from NYC to Atlantic City with where the trip occurred to pick up the individual or he will be arrested.
What kind of agency that works with people with intellectual disabilities threatens to call the police on the people they're supposed to support?
