I cannot recommend this salon highly enough!! I have had the best experiences here with facials, specifically with Lucy. She takes such great care in what she does and has truly done wonders to my skin. I’ve done both the standard facial and the added glycolic peel and loved them both.

I called the NYC spa to speak to someone about switching from my line of skincare to Mario Badescu and the lady that answered the phone spoke with a foreign accent. I tried explaining to her that the skincare test on the computer wasn’t working correctly. She proceeded to tell me to clear my browser. I told her I had done this several times. I just wanted to try the product. I didn’t want to be treated like I was asking for her to move a mountain and I was the dummy moving it. I finally just hung up after hearing her. I didn’t want her to give me the skincare test. I didn’t want to even talk to her much less buy products from her. No one wants to deal with rudeness and spend money to boot.
