I have problem feet. The first time I put on their sneakers, I felt as if I were walking on a cloud. The salespeople are very helpful but not pushy. While the shoes arr somewhat costly the variety is wide and there are always sales. Clean and civilized.

I would have given 5 stars for the selection and location. The manager has attitude which almost got them a 3 star. She is distracted and tries to run the show by micro managing her employees. She might be a hard worker but she's not a good manager from the customers perspective and she's not great at customer service. She placed an on line order for me and when the screen pulled up it had someone else's information. She cleared that out and did my order. I asked her to close the browser because my information was still on the screen. She merely opened another screen and said she closed it out. She did not. Then she became defensive. She needs training. M
