Great selection but HORRIBLE return policy! I bought a pair of Sorel boots there, which started irritating me terribly. When I tried returning the boots four days later, the manager refused to accept them because they had been worn. But how are you supposed to figure out if shoes are right for you without wearing them?? I have never had such an experience in my life: what self-respecting store doesn't back up their products? They wouldn't even give me a store credit!
Hope they're happy with their $100: they'll never see me again!
(I did call Sorel about the problem and they issued a refund and paid for return shipment, no problem. Now THAT is how to treat your customers!)
