Nine West Outlet

I just found out last week that this location has been closed. It is really upsetting to the shoe lover in me, I usually find at least one pair of shoes/boots that I really have to buy out of this store. I never ever brought a pair of shoes from this store before this location was opened in Harlem. I hate to say this but due to the closing which was unexpected guys get a rating of 1⭐from me. I will gladly give a higher rating once I have visited another location in Harlem.

everyone at this location is so helpful! Ashley, Victor and store manager Shaniqua have helped me on multiple occasions. They have the cutest shoes and bags and great sales all of the time!

I soooo LOVE the Nine West Outlet in Harlem location VS the Nine West Outlet on Third Avenue in the Bronx. The staff located in Harlem are so customer service friendly, very sweet and pleasant, and last but not lease, very helpful and professional. Although I live in the Bronx, I will go the extra mile to do my shopping because of the level of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There was never a shopping experience that has passed by and I wasn't happy with the level of service. I recommend the Harlem location to everyone!! You wont be dissatisfied.
