The young women who helped me last Tuesday afternoon 3/8/22 were wonderful. I was in NYC for a quick visit and the new boots (not Steve Madden shoes) I had worn were uncomfortable after I had been walking all day. I walked in and found a pair of boots and the women were so awesome! Great customer service and they were so sweet. Ty!

Kevin is amazing and has an eye for shoes and fashion!! Every time I visit Steve Madden he is beyond helpful and gives his honest opinion!! He is extremely professional and super helpful. They need someone like him in all the Steve Madden stores
