Net-A-Porter LTD

I purchased two different sizes of the same sneaker and I want to return the size that's too big. I contacted Net-a-Porter several times via phone and email to have the sneakers picked up for the return and they never picked them up. I keep trying to reach customer service and they either don't pick up the phone or don't respond to my email or they set up a pick up and then the pick up doesn't happen. And not to mention I paid for "PREMIER" delivery and am supposed to be receiving "PREMIER" service. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have been shopping with Net-a-Porter since its inception and I won't EVER shop here again.

i’ve been trying to contact customer service for over a week and no response via email. they never came to pick up the order. when i called in and finally spoke with someone, the issue was still not resolved. i will no longer be a customer here.

Worst customer service EVER. Never received my order and now have been trying to get a refund for an order never received. No one answers emails or picks up the phone.

My order was never delivered to me. Neither Net a Porter or UPS took responsibility. I paid a $10.00 shipping fee

Ordered brand new shoes that showed up damaged. Sent photos to customer service and never heard back. Hoping my return is processed or I’m taking it up with my credit card company.
