Luggage To Ship

I lost my 9 bags and they are not raising claims also not refunding fee. Vey unprofessional and bad people. Further to add most of the good reviews added by their staff and even by their head. This shows their service and standard. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE FRAUD. PICKING ONE STAR BECASUE NO OTHER OPTION.

Used Twice. 2019 and 2021 (1 bag three large cartons)all is good. they use FedEx but you get better rates

Short version: you cannot rely on this company to deliver on their promised services. Look elsewhere. Long version: I shipped a bag from the US to Italy with LuggageToShip. Their website explicitly states “We assist customer in preparing customs document and closely monitor all shipments.” However, when my bag got held up in Customs due to missing information (after I gave LuggageToShip all the information they indicated was needed), they had no idea what to do, what form was needed, or how to help. They told me to call FedEx and handle it. This failure to provide the services promised caused me to waste a fair amount of time on my vacation dealing with multiple people at FedEx giving me different information over a period of several days to get my package delivered. I am shocked that this company had no clue what forms were needed by customs - is that not their business?? And when there was a problem, they made it clear that it was mine to solve. When I brought these concerns to their attention, their response included “We have nothing to do with the customs as we mentioned in the previous email.” They did not give any indication that they felt a responsibility to live up to the services promised on their site. My bag did eventually arrive, which is about the only good thing I can say about their service. I cannot recommend this company to anybody.

Never recived my package Fedex did what they wanted with it and this company dint care . Told them when I dropped it off the girl who took it was rasist that’s why not receiving my goods they dint care they talked to me as if their helping me out get those bags ! I payed for their services ! Do not give this people ur bags they don’t care what happens lost 3 packages out of rasism in ct it’s crazy how people are. 3 months now I’ve not found my bags when I call them their rude and so mean to me I’m 9 months pregnant no clothes to put on have to re buy what was in the bags do not trust this people with ur things they do not care
