Great service! Was so easy to get a tour (just book it online) to see the facilities. Well-maintained space and easy to access. I think well probably be long term clients!!

I'm currently renting 2 spaces with Local Locker. The space is clean and convenient. The customer service has been outstanding with almost immediate reply times and they have been very accommodating with any requests. Perfect size options for short or long term storage needs in NYC.

Local Locker is so convenient and easy to use. If you ever feel like there just isnt enough space in your closet, than go online and book a reservation fast, easy and inexpensive!!! Why not have a little extra secured space you can call your own in the Big Apple!? Theres always someone available to communicate with for any of your concerns either via email or phone as well!!

I chose Local Locker storage because I needed space and flexibility. The most important thing is, the customer service is impeccable. Fast and timely responses and answering questions I had about choosing the right locker. The team always got back to me right away. Second, accessing the locker is a very easy and seamless experience. Moving my things in there was as stress free as it could be. All in all this is a great option if you appreciate communicative + extremely responsive customer service and a locker that is safe, secure, and accessible.
