My husband and I lived at 20x for 2 years. Had it not been for a job relocation we would’ve stayed much longer. Everyone who works in this building is incredible from the door men, porters, mail room staff to the leasing office. You won’t find a better group of people or building. I highly recommend 20x as your next home.

BE AWARE!!!! If I could give 0 start, I would. Never have I wrote a negative review in my life but the way they treated people's home is outrages.
The management and the leasing office don't deserve any stars here. They FAILED to issue my lease renewal even though it was mandatory by NY LAW (and we made a written deal). Even after I emailed, called, and visited their office, the answer was "We will get back to you soon", or completely ignored my emails. One time I mentioned about having my lawyer friend to assist the situation, they accused me for threatening them. If you don't want me to stay, just tell me so, instead of playing games and then giving me an astronomical rental deal 3 days before the end of my lease. The way they do business is totally like gangsters.
Not having a lease issued (especially when we already made a written deal) is a great threat to my housing security. They should be lucky that I didn't sue them for emotional damage.

After living here one year, my roommate and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience at Twenty Exchange. We love the doormen and package room guys. Maintenance requests have been fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Robert in the leasing office is a pleasure to work with, as his authenticity is a rare find in New York City. He truly loves this building and wants tenants to have a wonderful experience here.
