        Awful quality snd taste. I ordered lobster tail. It was cooked sliced outside of the shell snd that lobster was probably older than me.

        1st & last time customer. My order was through door dash. Ordered the shrimp in rice soup. Shrimps didnt taste like anything and found a few off them that were not properly cleaned (shrimp poop). Also, there was barely any rice in the soup. Called the store to express my concerns & the gentleman that I spoke to was rude but not rude. He keep empathizing how he put more shrimp in the soup for me at no extra cost. Its like he was missing the point. In his own way he was trying to make the situation better by preparing me another soup or something else but yet never apologized. Do not recommend. If you havent tried the shrimp soup from el conde you are missing out. Hands down one of my favorite places! Soup is full of flavor and shrimps are properly cleaned. You will not be disappointed:)
