1- the layout of this place is so confusing! Where do you order the food? Where do you wait for your order? Same spot!! Please just put signage. It would help everyone. 2- remind your cashiers of the definition of BASIC customer service. Between the young man yesterday who was yawning and rushing clients so that he could be on his cell phone? and the young lady today not willing to answer simple allergy questions related to the soups on the menu and opening showing her frustration; I’m not sure I want to subject myself to this kind of treatment again despit the fact that you’re a block away from my office. Too many choices in the neighborhood.

Thoroughly mediocre - whenever I see Tom Colicchio on Top Chef critiquing the contestants, I think of how ironic it is that he has his name associated with a place like this.

And service is the best in the neighborhood!!!! Yoli and Gabby are the smile keepers!

Food is delicious. I wish they had more vegan combo options. But, the chicpea sandwich is filling and the butternut squash soup is savory and complements the sandwich well. Service is quick. Prices are reasonable for the area.
