        I live in Oregon, at 2AM this morning someone ran my credit card for $1.00 using this restaurant name and address! I have never been to New York and have never ordered from this place!

        Brought a steak dinner at the Grand central station location going home from work and the service was not professional. The meat was cut in 3 chunks. I don't know if the management changed but I have never received such bad meat or service from Tri Tip before. Have eaten there several times and everything was great but not today. Hope they check into the people working at that location.
