        Staff is friendly but they are really slow in the mornings and never have anything ready like the hot water for my tea. For the past month they haven't had flavored cream cheese and just offer some tasteless plain cream cheese which should be complimentary but still costs $1.50 which is disappointing as I rather pay that for my honey walnut cream cheese. They never address when they are going to fix their cream cheese situation on top of that.
