I have been purchasing from this store for years and have ordered many stones. I once ordered a very expensive tree that I waited nearly six months for and it aririved broken as the universe did not want me to receive a cursed crystal we must always know the universe has its ways of preventing things to happen to those souls of integrity. I then agreed to buy another piece and it arrived safely and it's in my bedroom. I later called for 5 Hematites and I had the intention to order them via phone but I asked him to not charge my card until I confirmed with my spirit guides if the stones were clear and I mentioned the previous tree was cursed and he declined to listen as if I had said something offensive, I had given him a blessing as being able to help me with the 5 hematites and he was holding them for me which coincidently my spirit guides told me to call and get 5 and so I did and that is all he had JUST received, then he got offended that I said his stones may carry cursed due to the source and as he was skeptical by not believing which is fine, he was rude and after me warning him not to charge my card in a matter of less than 5 minutes later he did charge it and noe we are in dispute. I'm waiting for him to have integrity and stop the dispute and it's been almost a month and he thinks he can get away with charging my card without my authorization and I don't have any merchandise. I think this place needs to work with integrity and this way more shoppers like me who are divinely guided and when we buy stones, we know what we are doing without any facts, and only then, this owner will learn to  trust the universe that can give him and can also take many loyal customers from his list of purchasers. It only takes a little integrity to earn someone's trust, once you lose that, your soul is in trouble in every aspect. Watch out everyone who is not as intuitive as I am and has this gift of knowing just a little more than the normal human being.
