It's difficult to find good take-out/delivery in Harlem, and I was so excited to discover Lil' Bites last year. I have been a very regular customer but will never order from here again. About 50-60% of the time my delivery order is either forgotten entirely, delivered extremely late, or they don't have something I have ordered/send the wrong thing. The last time I ordered they never delivered my order, answered the phone and kept telling me it would be there soon (for over an hour), then closed the restaurant. It's so disappointing and a miserable way to run a business, utter failure.
