Run, dont walk away from Mr Chow Tribeca. No exaggeration, I had the most disappointing NYC dining experience of my lifetime last night. Philippe/Mr Chow has been our family go to spot for celebrations, and last night we realized, those days are over. All the food was tasteless, luke warm and ridiculously priced for what we were served. Not to mention we were rushed (plates picked up before we were finished) and pushed over and over for the upsale. (Do NOT fall for the prefix sell.) The experience was unacceptable and unpleasant on all levels. Horrible.

This used to be my favorite restaurant but wow service and quality experience has become shockingly lackluster. I just ordered walnut glazed prawns and squab with lettuce and after waiting nearly an hour and watching the delivery person sit at the restaurant, they canceled my order??? Insanity. And now its too late at night to order from a different restaurant. Not sure if they have new management or what but good golly the quality is in the toilet. Whatever happened to customer loyalty? If youre going to order here, make sure you have a Plan B. What a joke.

Tiniest portions for $70. Tastes no different than a local Chinese spot that costs $10.
