I ordered a custom poke bowl with spicy tuna over greens, and it made me violently ill. So much for "sustainably sourced fish and a Michelin starred chef".

Food is great, fresh and high quality. Opening hours are random. I went there couple of times when it supposed to be open and it was was close.

Wonderful poke spot. I got the taste test which had a nice mixture of spicy salmon, tuna, and veggies. They ran out of white rice right before it was my turn to order and the employees said it would be another fifteen minutes before the next batch was finished. It was the lunch rush so it was understandable but I'm sure it inconvenienced a lot of people. The employee who worked with me was very friendly and gave me suggestions. I would definitely go back.

I ordered small signature bowl and it was a lot. Especially the sushi meat was a lot. Like half rice and half sushi.

Just left the store with a very unpleasant experience. I am a loyal fan of it for a long time and I have several cards that collects stars from each meal. The employees have high turnover rate. The recent ones are obviously very unhappy with their job and they listen to music and give poker face to the customers. They miscalculate your bill and will not explain to you that they do not have an ingredient that day in a prefixed menu, but they still charge you the same price as if they had given you that ingredient, until you find out and ask. My decision is to collect one more star, and get the free meal, and say goodbye to this place. My suggestion is to the business owner: treat your employee better, and train them better, so that they stay with the company and take care of your customer. First one-star review in my life, but I hope this can help this store aware of this issue and becomes a better place to go for lunch.
