I love the green sauce. It is delicious. And well made. The lunch specials are super delicious and very inexpensive including entree with two side dishes. It is well worth the price. Call for take out or pick up ahead of time. The Cuban sandwich is delicious. It is a fun place and great food. Eat in or take out. Very inexpensive. Super friendly prices.

what's in the green sauce? who cares? any place that has potato sticks as an ingredient for sandwiches is okay by me.

I'm kicking myself for not getting the green sauce. In the back part of my brain, I knew it was good and that they sell it in jars. But it didn't equate. Oh well.
My lunch was still good. I got the beef stew over wild rice and beans. The meat was tender, the rice and beans properly cooked. The two mixed harmoniously, and the sweet plantains with it were wonderful.
Checking out some of their other items on the steam table though, the roast pork looked *really* oily. But the rest seemed fine.
Sophie's is used to a lunch rush and they're good at getting people through their line.
