I can't speak for anyone else at this office but I can speak for Matt Anders. I have worked with Matt Anders over a few years, and I would say he is one of the best recruiters I have had the pleasure of working with. Even when I wasn't looking, he would touch base every 6 months to a year to ask how I was doing and my status. He is very much is interested in your career goals and interests. He follows up with feedback from potential employers quickly. He doesn't pressure you into taking any offer to get the quick commission and advocates to get you the best offer you are worth in the market. He also does a good job of explaining to potential employers your capability and interests. Most recruiters that reach out to me ask for a resume and don't really follow up with feedback or keep in touch with the status of the employment opportunity. I usually block and delete them after this none sense. Matt adds a lot of value as a recruiter to the potential recruit and also to the company who is using his services to find the best candidates for their positions. He doesn't just take your resume, throw it over to them. He builds relationships. If you are looking for new job opportunities now or in the future or are an employer looking for talented professionals, Matt Anders is a very personable and thorough recruiter, that even if there isn't a match, everyone walks a way with a better understanding for future opportunities. If you haven't worked with him I highly recommend him to be your recruiter to find talented professionals and also use him to find good career opportunities for yourself.
