You will be renting a good apartment, in an awesome location, at a great price. There will most likely be issues. Welcome to NYC!!! Big Apple has been responsive and prompt in solving them all. That is the most you can ask. Moving out of the neighborhood. I'd consider them first if I come back. If you are the next one to move into the apartment I am leaving, you're welcome! Enjoy

Five stars for Eric Khorshad, who is always helpful and cares about doing the right thing! Minus one star for some negative experiences we had with BA at the beginning of our lease (gas leak, clogged toilet, unclean and unpainted when we moved in, late fee on our rent when we were fully paid, rudeness from the super). However, working with Mr. Khorshad was a pleasure and he helped us resolve everything. He discounted the application fee for us when we added a third roommate to our lease halfway through the year, and ensured that we got our full security deposit back when our lease ended.
