I was a tenant in one of Witnick’s buildings for about 2 years. During my tenancy , management was always responsive , helpful and great to communicate with. My building was always kept in clean condition and didn’t have any issues with my apartment. Any maintenance request was always addressed by the property manager. It was great living in a building where the owners really take pride in customer service

I was a tenant of Witnick for 3 years. The apartment was in great condition upon move in; with fresh paint & in the prefect location for me to have a 15 min commute to work. If I ever had any questions about my lease or if any maintenance needs came up, the office team was efficient to resolve any 911s. The girls were super easy to communicate with, & respectful! would've stayed longer with the Witnick team had I not moved states due to work!

Terrible management company! Unresponsive, uncaring, unprofessional!! These are some real negligent landlords, my apartment had water damage, structural damage, electrical problems, and more. The worst thing was that property managers were constantly changing. It seemed like they couldn’t employ a steady, reliable, and professional individual who could handle situations as they arose. The last one we dealt with, Serena, was completely unprofessional in both her communication and her handling of an entire kitchen cabinet that fell on us during a rain storm due to water damage. The building I was in was always dirty, with little upkeep. Front door and video system constantly broken. Packages stolen, tenants fearing for their safety, cameras that don’t even work! So many layers of problems that do not get addressed correctly or even at all All in all, there is a real lack of empathy and concern, so be prepared to deal with problems on YOUR own if you choose to work with them.

Ill start off by saying the positive reviews are FAKE to make these 3 real estate partners seem a LOT better than they are. What it was like renting a property from them that we paid $3200 a month for: Cockroaches in my apartment and in my building AWFUL- heat system that included water leaks throughout my ceiling, floor and walls. Enough to make parts of my ceiling fall down. No heat for 10 days in January with no rent withdrawn Getting yelled at by their property managers - which, by the way, we had over 6 property managers (aka office staff) over the years. I imagine it's because of how they run their business, or lack there of. The maintenance staff informed me they were TERRIBLY underpaid by Witnick. These maintenance staff were expected to be a "jack of all trades" and fix the ovens, the plumbing, the cabinets, etc. Why underpay this individual? Rodents seen downstairs Broken front door multiple times No upkeep of the building common space - this included: paint, carpet, walls. Additionally. this included finding ~30 dead cockroaches in the basement when doing laundry. Ill-done repairs. Oven not working, cabinets off the wall upon moving in, water leaks never getting fixed. There is a reason they look for young females to rent their properties. So they don't speak up. If you rent from Witnik, have 311 on speed dial. We sure as heck did to report them multiple times. These men are only a few instances away from losing their license. Promise you that.
