        Incredibly unprofessional. Their opening of The Addition in Long Island City has been an absolute disaster that is begging for legal action from tenants (Google Maps search "The Addition Queens"). The company is shady, unresponsive, and unbelievably unprofessional. We were slated for a July 1 2018 move in to our building. With less than a week before moving date, we were notified that the building is not ready and were repeatedly encouraged to 'back off'. We were then notified we could move in without hot water and gas on July 14 2018. The only concession offered to-date has been 2 weeks of free rent -- which does not include the entire hassle, inconvenience, not to mention higher cost of hoteling. We have had 0 communications with the Hakimian Organization despite constant calling / emailing. They've actively been ignoring our communications. Terrible company, happy to edit this review if Hakimian reaches out to talk - like any decent company would.
