After making a very large purchase of print and online medical journals/resource/reference materials, the Wolters-Kluwer, failed to recognize a $519 order, even though it showed up on my invoice and went through my credit card. There were duplicate charges for another order. Customer service could not direct me to the proper online access point for one of my electronic purchases. Again, customer service referred me to other publishers, saying they had no ability to manage problems with the other publishers. I was on the phone today with them 90 minutes. The last interaction was a 25 minute hold while one of the customer service reps, "heather", was "looking into" one of the issues. Finally, a recorded voice came on with the option of staying on the line longer or leaving a VM. I chose to stay on the line but the line disconnected. Wolters-Kluwer appears to be an aggregator of publishers with zero interoperability. Horrible customer service. Horrible tech. Find your CME and medical reference material elsewhere...
