I have been a patient of Doctor Ruiz for a little over two years and I've always received a pleasant treatment by the staff. Furthermore, Dr. Ruiz has been extremely accommodating and empathetic regarding my condition. Has always been available, even in a short notice, and has always lend me a listening ear at times when I was going through a crisis. Though I live considerably far, I choose to come to this office because of the outstanding service, time exclusivity, and care that Dr. Ruiz and his team have provided me. I have struggle with my condition for almost ten years and I haven't found a Dr. that it is as concerned for his patients as Dr. Ruiz. I totally recommend him

Good doctor, has been helping my brother manage his condition and I've personally witnessed him talking with him for over an hour. Totally not expected with psychiatrist of today who just give you pills and move onto the next one. This doctor cares!

Having struggled with Bipolar Disorder and other comorbid conditions for the past ten years, it hasn't been easy to find a good doctor that truly listens and cares for its patients. Most of the times I found doctors who instead were quick to prescribe medications indiscriminately. However, this hasn't been the case at Dr. Ruiz' office. Starting from his receptionists, Yoshi and Narendra, they have been patient and pleasant every time I had interacted with them. Often times, I have witnessed them remaining extremely patient and exhibiting the outmost professional behavior, amidst the rudeness and mistreatment by some of the patients I have crossed paths with. On the other hand, I don't know where my life would be if it wasn't for Dr. Ruiz. I don't say this lightly but I would probably be dead or in a very dark place, considering the downward spirals that my life has taken. All I can say is that this doctor has always been there to listen when I needed him the most, checking up on my progress consistently. Nowadays, I can see why he named his practice "Hope TMS", it truly is a place for all those who have lost hope in psychiatric treatment. I would recommend anyone seeking a down-to-earth and empathetic doctor, to stop by and experience everything I am saying by themselves.
