Please note that the apartments are very vulnerable to noice and management is terrible.. the people in charge are managing about 1000 units so you figure. The lack of sleep is unbearable..I regret moving to this place; the noice level coming from the apartment above me is killing me and I can also hear my next door neighbor. Management wont help you either; they dont care if you drop dead of a heart attack.. collecting rent is all that matter. People who are paying market price dont stay here for long and complain about noice. For instance, the person who lived in my studio: 1207 lived here for a year. Forgot about sleeping late on Sunday or having a nap; it feels as if elephants are running on the apartment above you.. this can be fix by preparing the floor of the apartment above with a layer of material beneath the wood floor but the management can be bothered and doesnt care that sleep depravation is a health hazard. I was told by the management that I could leave..these people are nice until you bring up an issue; they have no regards for people time, energy, money, etc and have people moving in without fixing and informing them of the problems and when people cant take it anymore, they get a new tenant. By the way.. the management messages that you see in response to tenants negative reviews here are just one of their deceptive behaviors to look good here.. when I contacted them in regards to the issue they dismissed my concerns or make excuses.. actually, they told me that I can leave the apartment. Abusive and deceptive is what they are.
