I was hired by Robert Lieberman from the Northbrook, IL office to do a freelance graphic design project. After we agreed on the price, I submitted the work and she assured me payment would be on it's way soon and he would update me. I never heard back from him again - even after following up multiple times over the span of a few months. I then reached out to his associate to inform her of what was going on and if she could help me. She assured me that they did not operate like this and she would make sure I got my payment and get back to me. I followed up twice and have not gotten a response from her and Robert. I then wrote an email and forwarded all correspondence to the entire AP department as well as the president of Robert's office location explaining the whole situation. I got NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. I followed up twice and only got a response when I literally sent them an email saying "CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ME." I was informed that Robert and Laura both lied to me when they said that they had sent my Invoice to AP and was following up on it - as AP said that when I sent it directly to them 3 months later, that was the first they received it. I was lied to by multiple people in this company and I find it disgusting that this was apparently a group plan by multiple employees. I then received a vaguely threatening email from Robert, and when I asked him to clarify, he never answered me ever again. The entire company is full of cowards and con men. Just keep being ignored and not gotten paid. DO NOT DO FREELANCE WORK FOR THEM.
