From the moment I made my first call to the appointment date my experience was superb!! The staff was great, Dr. Rather was great and my overall experience was awesome. I barely had a wait time and the office is great at trying to accommodate you. You will not be disappointed!!! I’m a happy camper right now and I’m glad I was referred to Dr. Ratner’s office.

Dr. Ratner has been treating me for a little over the past 6 months for a very painful skin condition on my foot. No getting around it, the treatments are painful, but dr. Ratner takes so much time to make sure I am comfortable, explains exactly what she is doing, and makes me feel at at ease. The young gentleman and young lady who run the front desk are absolutely amazing, the office is five-star Immaculate clean but the secret weapon to this place is Dr ratner's assistant named Nuri. She comes in to the examining room to set everything up before doctor Ratner, totally sets the most amazing professional tone to put you at ease, and when dr. Ratner is finished, she makes sure everything is A-Okay with you before you leave. They are so lucky to have this young lady! So if you find yourself in the care of dr. Ratner, and Nuri , you know you are in the best hands possible!
